Strategic Partnership: GSI and the Swiss company Schwihag
GSI Group, Schwihag AG and JSC Ukrzaliznytsia joined their efforts in partnership to implement innovative solutions in the railway infrastructure of Ukraine. This partnership was completed with great success, leading to positive changes in the country’s transportation system.
Introduction of Swiss Rail Fasteners Schwihag AG in Ukraine:
GSI Group, together with Schwihag AG, successfully implemented advanced rail fastenings in Ukrainian railway tracks. These technologies have proven to be highly effective, providing increased stability and train traffic safety.
Development and Production of New Sleeper type:
During the project, GSI developed and produced a new type of sleepers, specially adapted for use with elastic rails fastenings These innovations have been successfully put into operation on trunk and access tracks.
